Colgate is seeking a People Experience Partner within Corporate Supply Chain in Piscataway, NJ. You will lead global People programs, partner with HR and business leaders, and drive operational excellence across the regional supply chain.

The role emphasizes data analytics, stakeholder management, and coaching, with travel up to 10%. You will shape experiences across onboarding, performance, and development, ensuring timely, compliant execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR or business experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in HR programs.
• Experience using data to diagnose HR issues and inform decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Proven stakeholder management across HR or other functions.

Responsabilités

• Manage execution of Global People programs (performance, talent planning, learning, compensation) in partnership with People BP and CoE.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement new global programs.
• Ensure high-quality employee experiences across onboarding, offboarding, and career transitions.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations cases with Legal and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance on investigations.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, diagnose bottlenecks, and apply AI/digital tools to HR services.
• Provide feedback to People BP, CoE, and CBS to keep the function connected.
• Manage key components of agile Global People projects.
