Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Global Consumer Affairs Brand Integration Specialist in Piscataway, NJ, to translate global initiatives into world-wide consumer care plans and reporting. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to advance VOC and CSAT programs and drive data-driven improvements.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analytics, and compliant data handling, with a focus on people-centric insights and scalable processes across the globe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years in data analytics/visualization, VOC reporting, or consumer insights.
• Experience in storytelling and data visualization using DOMO, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Direct VOC reporting and ensure consumer insights drive decisions.
• Oversee Master Data Management in GCA CRM setup and administration.
• Coordinate cross-functional training, content, and reporting across divisions.
• Ensure compliance with global SOPs and data protection requirements.
