Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Support regulatory compliance across HR processes.
• Lead employee engagement and recognition events.
• Assist with research for policies, training, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate tuition reimbursement programs and wellness initiatives.
• Provide administrative HR support and respond to manager/candidate inquiries.
