Job summary

Larson Automotive Group is seeking an HR Generalist / Onboarding & Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Washington. The role focuses on welcoming new hires, guiding them through onboarding, and shaping a positive employee experience across multiple dealership locations.

You will coordinate onboarding, introduce policies and benefits, conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, and support recruiting and HR projects while maintaining confidential records and driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HR-related education is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for new employees.
• Assist employees with onboarding paperwork and required documentation.
• Introduce employees to company policies, benefits, resources, and workplace expectations.
• Build relationships and support employees during their first months.
• Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee check-ins.
• Answer employee questions and connect team members with HR resources.
• Maintain confidential employee records and onboarding documentation.
• Track onboarding requirements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, employee communications, training, and HR projects.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company programs.
