Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is seeking an Employee Engagement and Experience Coordinator to join our HR team. This role travels to our properties in Banff, Lake Louise, AB and Emerald Lake, BC to champion the employee experience and support onboarding through recognition across four properties.

You will manage onboarding, internal communications, employee programs and perks, plan events, track recognition and survey results, and produce regular reports for HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Orientation: assist with onboarding and new hire sessions.
• Internal Communications: create newsletters and announce updates.
• Employee Programs & Perks: manage vouchers and perk distribution.
• Events & Culture Building: plan and execute employee events.
• Employee Recognition: manage anniversaries and awards.
• Employee Engagement & Surveys: develop and distribute surveys and analyze results.
• Reporting: prepare weekly/monthly HR analytics reports.
