Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is hiring an hourly, entry-level Human Resources Coordinator to support Team Member relations, onboarding, benefits, training and communications. You will be the first point of contact for Team Members and leaders, delivering friendly, confidential service and accurate HR data.

You will gain exposure across HR functions, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Entry-level hourly HR position with exposure to all HR functions.
• Serves Team Members, applicants and leaders; upholds confidentiality.
• Supports onboarding, benefits, training, communications and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for Team Members, applicants and leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure completion of employment documents.
• Support benefits inquiries and open enrollment communications.
• Assist with talent acquisition, candidate communications, and interview coordination.
• Administer HR records with confidentiality and accuracy.
