Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking an Attendant for the Staff Cafeteria to manage sales, bussing, cleaning, and support for the Employee Dining Room. The role requires friendly guest interaction, cash handling, and the ability to keep the dining area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include replenishing food, serving guests, and ensuring safety and sanitation throughout the shift. Two months of on‑the‑job training are typical, with background and drug checks required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting atmosphere to encourage guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Replenish and garnish food on the cafeteria line as needed.
• Serve food and assist guests during meal times.
• Maintain a neat, sanitary work area and properly clean utensils and equipment.
• Ensure stock from the warehouse is stored properly and available.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and perform assigned follow-up tasks.
