Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Partner – People Development to design, implement, and evaluate training programs across the property. This role focuses on developing resources, materials, and learning experiences that drive service excellence.

You'll lead initiatives in learning management, e-learning, and instructor-led sessions, coordinating calendars, needs assessments, and records while collaborating with leadership to elevate guest experiences across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance consulting.
• Proven ability to create evaluation resources and training materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, design, modify, update, facilitate and evaluate training initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and programs.
• Prepare reports and training calendars.
• Assist management with training needs assessments.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and databases.
• Assist in coordinating the Training Calendar and new hire orientation.
