Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly organized Talent Development Manager to join Signia Hilton Naples Beach Resort in Naples, Florida. You will lead end-to-end learning programs, partner with department leaders, and drive leadership development, employee engagement, and service excellence across the resort.

The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, project management, Forbes 4- or 5-Star property, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at a luxury hotel or resort
• Experience in a Forbes 4- or 5-Star property preferred
• College education required; degree in hospitality, hotel or HR or business administration preferred
• Excellent computer proficiency with Workday, Excel, Outlook, Canva and Microsoft 365
• Strong verbal and written communications in English

Responsibilities

• Improve learning gaps and talent readiness
• Partner with department leaders for training compliance
• Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs
• Develop service excellence, leadership, compliance, and technical training
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training calendars
• Create and update training materials and tools
• Manage learning platforms and reports
• Coach leaders on performance coaching and feedback techniques
• Support executive leadership in identifying high-potential talent
