• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.

• Lead client development strategy and community outreach in the market.
• Drive talent strategy and develop a team focused on the customer experience.
• Manage inventory and store execution to achieve shrink goals.
• Promote use of new selling techniques and tools to drive results.
