Edenred is seeking a People Development Expert EMEA (all genders) for the Human Resources division in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt. The role focuses on leading HR development initiatives, including training programs and career frameworks, and partnering with teams across the organization.

You will serve as the main contact for HR projects, report progress with KPIs to senior management, and drive performance development in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and German is essential.
