Brookestone View, a Vetter Senior Living community, is seeking a People Development Coordinator to join our leadership team. You will help recruit, onboard, and support employees while promoting a positive workplace culture and mission-driven values.

You will coordinate training, manage benefits inquiries, and partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and development opportunities. This is a community-focused role offering growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• HR, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience preferred.
