Job summary

Brookestone View in Nebraska seeks an experienced Executive Director/Administrator to provide overall leadership for a premier senior living community. You will direct daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion residents' care and staff development.

As part of Vetter Senior Living, you will lead with vision, foster a positive culture, and drive financial stewardship while partnering with corporate leadership for continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.
• Prior Administrator experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community's daily operations.
• Promote a culture focused on quality care, service excellence, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders.

• Collaborate with corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement and organizational success.
