• Deep expertise in research design, experimentation, and measurement for people programs.
• Experience with psychometrics, survey methodology, SEM, multilevel modeling, and validity analyses.
• Proficiency in R or Python and SQL with ability to work across messy datasets.

• Design studies and evaluation strategies for organizational health, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and talent outcomes.
• Conduct fairness analyses, adverse impact, validity, reliability, calibration, and measurement-invariance analyses for People processes and AI workflows.
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and ML to inform program design and quantify business impact.
• Collaborate with People Operations, data engineering, and people systems to define data requirements and ensure data quality and governance.
• Build scalable research infrastructure, including reusable datasets and analytical pipelines.
• Develop research playbooks with standards for study design, validation, and documentation.
• Communicate findings through concise, executive-ready narratives.
