Job summary

Perspective Financial Group Limited is seeking a Group People Data Assistant to support HR operations in the HiBob system. You will manage employee and organisational data, perform data integrity checks, generate standard and ad-hoc reports, and contribute to data governance.

You will back the Group People Systems Analyst on data improvement projects, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with internal teams to define data requirements.

Qualifications

  • Perform data integrity checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies or anomalies.
  • Support colleagues with People System updates, changes and data adjustments.
  • Analyse data and highlight issues requiring clarification.
  • Maintain and update people system records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to process improvements and data governance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, information management legislation and company policies.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Assist in data clean-up projects, ensuring data consistency and integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and provide data insights.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and reporting tools.
  • Provide administrative support for projects as needed, including scheduling and material preparation.

Job description

The Group People Data Assistant plays a key role in supporting HR operations through the management of employee and organisational data within the HiBob People System. This role combines data administration, reporting, and analytical responsibilities to ensure that our people information remains accurate and reliable.

The successful candidate will support the Group People Systems Analyst in delivering system and data improvement projects and ensure ongoing high standards of data quality and integrity. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for data, systems, and process improvement who enjoys supporting informed decision-making through high-quality people data and reporting.

  • Familiarity with HR information systems or similar.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and data governance.

Location: Home Based - Occasional travel to Chorley Head Office

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour break (35 hours)
