Job summary

Care Concern Group, a family-owned care provider with a strong UK footprint, seeks an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with organisational objectives. You will work with senior leaders and Home Managers to drive performance, culture, and compliance with UK employment law.

You will provide expert HR coaching on employee relations, performance, and change, lead HR projects, and analyse HR data to inform decisions. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and UK experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Strategic HR partner to senior leaders and Home Managers.
  • Expert HR advice and coaching on employee relations, performance, talent development, and organisational change.
  • Lead or support on HR projects such as restructuring, TUPE, workforce planning, or culture change.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases in line with UK employment law, ACAS guidance, and internal policy.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs in recruitment, learning & development.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Support diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the business.
  • Champion employee engagement and support initiatives to improve colleague experience.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and updated in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes within business units.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies and practices with organisational objectives.   • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner in a UK-based organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing change, restructures, or organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Desirable:
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • Sector experience (e.g., professional services, healthcare, social care may be advantageous.
  • Experience with TUPE, redundancy, or managing large-scale ER cases.

Benefits:
