Job summary

• Conduct new employee orientations and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and benefits information.
• Coordinate health insurance, retirement plans and other fringe benefits.
• Support employee relations and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies to comply with regulations.
• Provide administrative support to management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
