Excelsia Injury Care in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to manage day-to-day HR, onboarding, training, and policy enforcement. You will serve as a liaison between corporate HR and regional leaders, ensuring consistent application of programs and practices.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, strong communication, and a collaborative coaching style, with travel across Utah and surrounding states as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HR generalist or business partner experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, onboarding and policies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and policy application.
• Ability to build trust with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong coaching and training facilitation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and employees.
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues with confidentiality.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations and policy application.
• Lead onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Coordinate and deliver training for managers and staff.
• Support recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and protect confidential information.
