• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner role.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and HR policies.
• Familiarity with employment laws and ability to seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to build trust and communicate with leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders and employees.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, and policy enforcement.
• Support training and onboarding for new hires.
