DCI Engineers is seeking a People & Culture Advisor (HRBP) to partner with leaders and employees across our offices. This in-office role supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting through career growth and recognition.

You will blend HR expertise with curiosity and sound judgment to continually improve our people practices. Based in our Seattle area offices, you will impact onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee relations, while guiding leaders through complex

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in a high growth professional services organization; private equity and M&A experience a plus.
• Ability to build relationships across a global, distributed workforce.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
• Interest in improving processes and contributing ideas.
• Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Develop and cultivate talent connections through campus events and partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding and assist with offers to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support wellness, recognition, and engagement programs to foster belonging.
• Analyze people data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
• Support performance management, feedback, and development programs.
