Job summary

DCI Engineers is seeking a People & Culture Advisor (HRBP) to partner with organizational leaders and employees across regional offices. You will blend HR expertise with curiosity, judgment, and a passion for continuous improvement throughout the employee journey, from candidate contact to career growth and recognition.

You will manage job postings, screenings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

3+ years HR Generalist experience.
Experience in a high growth professional services organization; PE/M&A experience is a plus.
Ability to partner with leaders across a global, distributed workforce.
Sound judgment handling sensitive situations with discretion.
Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into actions.
Interest in using AI to create efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations and full employee lifecycle.
Enhance employee programs and improve processes for attracting, engaging, growing, and rewarding employees.
Coordinate postings, screenings, interviews, and candidate experience.
Lead onboarding, offers, and new hire orientation.
Drive wellness, recognition, and engagement programs.
Identify trends from data and implement corrective actions.
