  • Passion for creating programs that inspire high-performance behaviors, including intentional and timely performance feedback, career pathing and promotion frameworks, and learning and development curriculum.
  • Listen and learn by leading exit interview coordination and supporting offboarding in ways that capture insights and improve the employee experience.
  • Make good processes even better by identifying and implementing improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, and scalability across offices.
  • Be a trusted advisor by guiding leaders through performance management and employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and a practical, people-centered approach.
  • Help employees use their benefits with confidence by supporting benefits administration, new hire orientations, and annual open enrollment.
  • Keep important programs moving by tracking and managing initiatives such as referral bonuses, volunteer time off, and donation matching.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to prepare board ready presentations.
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, MS Suite (including PowerPoint), and Adobe.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS software, and hiring platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance competing priorities through change, delays, and unexpected events.
Why DCI Engineers

  • Resilient - We adapt, learn, and grow stronger through challenges, continuously investing in our people and capabilities.

  • Trust-Driven - We earn trust through accountability, strong performance, and doing what we say we will do.

Within People & Culture, you will help make these values tangible across the employee journey, while partnering closely with leaders to meet the distinct needs of their teams.
