Job summary

The Town of Palm Beach seeks a skilled People & Culture professional to support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, HRIS administration, and records management. The role partners with departments to attract, onboard, and retain a high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with laws and town policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating preboarding, orientation scheduling, training programs, and workforce development initiatives within the Town’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
3–5 years of HR experience across recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, learning & development, records management, compliance, performance management, and engagement programs.
Valid Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Support a broad range of People & Culture functions including recruitment/onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and HRIS administration.
Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs, orientation materials, and new hire processes.
Develop and deliver training programs; assess needs and measure effectiveness.
