Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with firm management to boost engagement and morale.
• Partner with managers on HR issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide guidance on employee concerns, complaints and conflicts with confidentiality.
• Support annual performance evaluation processes with managers.
• Assist managers with staff promotions, relocations, or transfers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
