Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at the Peoria venue. The role reports to the Director of Finance and oversees recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.

Ideal candidates have a BA and 3+ years HR experience, with Workday and benefits knowledge. The position emphasizes compliance, training, and a strong team leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 3+ years HR exp.
• Experience administering benefits programs and payroll processes.
• Workday recruiting or HRIS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR policies and ensures legal compliance.
• Manages recruitment: ads, interviews, tests, selection.
• Conducts new employee orientations.
• Maintains records for benefits, payroll, hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Advises management on employee relations and EEOC concerns.
• Coordinates training and training managers in HR topics.
• Executes payroll for venue employees bi-monthly.
