Job summary

Donor Alliance in Denver, Colorado seeks a People & Culture Manager to oversee the daily operations of the People & Culture function, ensuring consistent administration of HR policies, programs, and processes.

You will partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop talent strategies, lead recruitment, support retention and diversity initiatives, and advise leaders and staff on employee relations while staying informed about employment law changes and HR technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Five or more years of progressive HR experience with expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies and procedures; prior leadership experience preferred.
