Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a People & Culture Intern to support internship programs, coordinate student activities, and assist with communications and events. You will work with the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and employee-owner support through hands-on projects in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Interest in People & Culture, student engagement, and program coordination; HR experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the student internship program, manage activity calendars and communications.
• Organize intern learning events and professional development activities.
• Prepare and distribute internship communications and updates.
• Develop and administer intern satisfaction surveys and summarize feedback.
• Represent Crystal Group at community STEM events and internship tours.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities for interns.
• Assist with routine People & Culture documentation and data entry.
• Complete assigned projects with milestones and progress updates.
