Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support content development, digital marketing, market research, event coordination, employer branding, and campaign execution.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to communicate the company’s capabilities, culture, and value to customers, prospective employees, and partners. You will gain hands-on experience in social media and website content, research industry trends, and contribute ideas for campaigns and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected-status)
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, business, or related field
• Junior or senior standing at the time of the internship
• Ability to work full-time and on-site for duration of internship

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and newsletters
• Draft and edit copy communicating product capabilities and employee ownership story
• Support planning and publishing of organic social media content
• Help update website content and product information
• Assist with photography, video, and visual-content projects highlighting products and culture
• Support employer-branding initiatives to attract interns
• Prepare sales and marketing materials including brochures and case studies
• Conduct research on customers, competitors, and industry trends
• Summarize findings to identify relevant trends and opportunities
• Assist with event logistics for trade shows, career fairs, and campus events
• Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and campaign documentation
• Enter data in CRM and project-management systems
• Assist with reporting on campaign results and website analytics
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, People & Culture, and PM teams
• Brainstorm ideas for campaigns and brand awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
