Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a People & Culture Intern to gain hands-on experience while supporting onboarding, surveys, and community STEM activities. You will work with the People & Culture team to coordinate events, communications, and a meaningful internship project.

This on-site internship offers exposure to recruiting, employee-owner support, and various People & Culture processes, with opportunities to connect with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Interest in People & Culture, student engagement, and program coordination.
• Prior HR experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the student internship program and maintain an activity calendar.
• Organize learning events, speakers, spaces, materials, and logistics.
• Prepare internship communications and follow-up information.
• Assist with surveys, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee-owner communications.
