Strive Pharmacy, a growing personalized compounding pharmacy in Mesa, AZ, is seeking an HR Partner to support business teams onsite. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage employee relations, and lead full-cycle recruiting to keep our units staffed and thriving.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HR experience focused on employee relations and business partnership.
• Experience managing complex ER situations with documentation rigor.
• Experience managing full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching instincts and the ability to build trust with managers at all levels.
• Sound working knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
• Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units or functions, owning both HR partnering and talent acquisition for that population
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end (investigations, documentation, resolutions) with care and consistency
• Partner on full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
• Collaborate with COE teams (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate
• Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, hiring decisions, and policy application
• Guide employees through HR processes, leave programs, accommodations, and workplace concerns
• Partner with leaders to identify people trends, including hiring, turnover, and retention patterns, and proactively address issues before they escape
• Apply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations
• Contribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned
