Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• 4-6+ years of HR experience, onboarding and recruiting experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in luxury retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle recruitment, postings, screening, interview coordination, offers, ATS management, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, timekeeping, HR programs, and employment questions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, workspace and technology setup, orientation, and set clear expectations for a strong start.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, I-9 verification, HRIS transactions, records maintenance, and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and process lifecycle changes (hiring, transfers, promotions, changes, leaves, terminations).
• Lead coordination of internship program, partnering with managers to recruit, onboard, engage, and develop interns.
• Provide administrative support for performance management, including reviews and related documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, D&I activities and events.
• Maintain People & Culture communications and HR documentation; support reporting, audits, policy administration, compliance, invoices.
• Support with policy administration and other People & Culture projects as assigned.
