Job summary

DeBordieu Club is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support onboarding, communications, and HR processes with a strong focus on hospitality-forward culture. You will help manage new-hire documentation, orientation, and wellness initiatives while maintaining confidential employee records.

The role requires collaboration with teams, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced club environment. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two–three years experience in HR support or administrative role preferred.
• Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete new-hire onboarding process with documentation and setup.
• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire orientation to explain culture, policies, benefits and expectations.
• Create and distribute weekly employee newsletters and other communications.
• Assist with content for the Club's member newsletter.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and college recruiting events.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness events, and recognition activities.
• Assist with HR functions including payroll, benefits, audits, and record maintenance.
• Support recruiting, postings, interviews, and pre-employment processes.
• Provide general HR support and assist with HR projects and compliance initiatives.
