Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in HR within hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and a welcoming workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of People & Culture or HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the People & Culture department.
• Coordinate recruitment, posting jobs, candidate communication, interviews, onboarding.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and ensure accurate employment documentation.
• Maintain confidential team member records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and other People & Culture processes.
• Support performance management, reviews, coaching, and related documentation.
