Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a proactive Human Resources Coordinator for the new Virginia Guesthouse in Charlottesville, opening in 2026. You will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and training while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, delivering timely HR support to hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and/or HR Management or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Human Resources role strongly desired.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to hotel/resort employees.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and document filing.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist with diversity outreach and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Create and distribute HR communications and postings.
• Assist with training materials and employee initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
