E2 Optics in Columbus, OH seeks an HR Admin to support onboarding, records, and policy administration. You'll partner with the HR Generalist to keep processes compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities include assisting with new hire orientation, maintaining confidential employee files, and preparing HR reports while fostering a professional, collaborative workplace. Some travel may be required to support client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of admin support experience.
• Working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist HR Generalist with performance management processes.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
