You will oversee policy interpretation, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws while guiding a development-focused HR team.

The role requires 6+ years in HR leadership, a track record in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred, and strong knowledge of HRIS systems

Qualifications
