Job summary

Veeam invites a Summer Intern to join the People & Culture AI Transformation team, working on AI strategy, enablement, and operations. You’ll help build systems and playbooks that scale HR AI across the enterprise, turning ideas into prototypes and pilots.

You’ll gain hands-on experience prototyping AI workflows, organizing resources in SharePoint, and tracking adoption with Excel dashboards, within a fast-moving, global HR context.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI workflows and agents.
• Turn enablement into durable assets such as checklists and templates.
• Organize agent/workflow library in SharePoint.
• Support intake hygiene and lightweight project tracking.
• Measure adoption and impact using dashboards in Excel.
