What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the pre-onboarding experience for new team members to ensure they feel welcomed and set up for success
- Administer offboarding processes, ensuring a graceful exit for alumni
- Manage and update employee information, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing exceptional service and support
- Gather feedback through interviews to enhance the employee experience and improve processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience working in an HR role
- At least 1 year of experience with Rippling, including system enhancements and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to build exceptional partnerships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and a desire to enhance spreadsheet skills
- Experience with tools such as Notion, Lattice, and CultureAmp
- Self-motivated with a commitment to finding solutions and learning quickly
