Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams in scheduling, recruiting, training, and compliance. The role emphasizes guest-centric service, teamwork, and flexible shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at various distances (10ft/4ft) with a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team members and leaders with a positive attitude and collaboration.
• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Assist with team member training and act as an advocate for learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
