Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Services.
• AA with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Human Services.
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate assigned programs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Supervise Lead DSPs and DSPs; coordinate staffing and training.
• Ensure person-centered goals and community integration for persons supported.
• Maintain documentation and support regulatory reporting; monitor program metrics.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in CSP meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
