Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Program Manager to oversee two locations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise DSP staff, manage operations, and support meaningful community involvement under guidance from the Assistant Director.

The role emphasizes staff development, collaboration with HR, and maintaining safety and regulatory standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 2+ years supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor's or AA/HS combinations as stated in the ad.
• Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate assigned programs.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure facilities are safe and functional.
• Honor wants, needs, preferences, and goals of persons supported.
• Provide leadership during emergencies and hospitalizations.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers for continuity of services.
• Supervise Lead DSPs and DSPs; collaborate with HR on staffing.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure coverage.
• Engage in CSP and team meetings; promote community involvement.
• Monitor documentation and use electronic health records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and statistics.
• Assist with budgets and compliance activities.

Bachelor's degree + 3+ years in Human Services

Associate's degree + 4-5 years in Human Services
