Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC, seeks a Program Manager to oversee two locations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise Lead DSPs and DSPs, oversee operations, and support residents in achieving meaningful life goals.

You will collaborate with leadership to recruit, train, and coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Services, or AA with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Human Services, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in Human Services.

Mansioni

• Provide program oversight by implementing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating programs to established standards.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained.
• Honor and actively support the wants, needs, preferences, and personal goals of persons supported.
• Provide leadership during emergencies and hospitalizations and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise Lead DSPs and DSPs; work with HR on staffing, training, coaching and evaluations; ensure staff certifications.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and provide coverage as needed; support other Program Managers.
• Promote person-centered planning, outcome goals, community involvement, and CSP participation.
• Monitor documentation weekly for accuracy and compliance; use EHR systems for records.
