Worthington Steel is seeking a People Center Coordinator to join our HR team in Columbus, OH. This HR Shared Services role provides frontline customer service to employees, families, candidates, and HR partners by handling first-level inquiries and routing to the right next steps.
You will manage transactional HR activities across life-cycle events, including benefits, payroll, compensation, and policies, while maintaining knowledge databases and SOPs.

This may include compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, HR policies, and payroll.
