Prestige Global Meeting Source is seeking a People and Culture Manager to shape the employee experience and support growth. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement, partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of human resource management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and talent management systems; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (Preferred).

Responsabilités

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, employee records, reporting, and employment law compliance.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, I-9 verification, status changes, and offboarding.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with department leaders on hiring needs, workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate pipelines.
  • Administer performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and employee development.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employment matters.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews, merit increases, bonuses, benefits review, and open enrollment.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, HR surveys, recognition programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership and maintain current knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Partner with external advisors, Insperity, benefits providers, and department leaders to address HR needs and support organizational goals.

Prestige Global Meeting Source, founded in 1986, provides site selection and event services to clients. Our experienced sales partners work to find and contract the best possible hotels, resorts, DMCs, and cruises for groups and continue the clients' journey of working with Prestige through full-service event development and management.

We are seeking a People and Culture Manager to help shape the employee experience and support the continued growth of our organization. This trusted HR leader will oversee key people functions—including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement- while partnering with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and a people-first approach to help Prestige maintain a culture where both employees and the business can thrive.

Required Skills/Abilities
