The People and Culture Employee Experience Manager is a newly created, high‑visibility role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the culture and future of our organization.

This position will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Vice President, serving as a key partner in designing and delivering a comprehensive program that ensures every employee feels welcomed, supported, and valued—from onboarding through every stage of their career at LSG.

As the face of the Company's employee‑focused initiatives, the Employee Experience Manager will champion a positive workplace environment and act as the dedicated voice of our employees.

This role will proactively gather insights, identify trends, and communicate findings or concerns to Field Operations and Human Resources, ensuring that employee perspectives directly inform organizational decisions and improvements.
