Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting to facilitate and complete reporting across NBCUniversal and UDX. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design and test reporting systems, and support dashboards to enable timely decision-making.

The role requires experience with SAP HCM, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, and Snowflake, plus strong data privacy and communication skills. Hybrid schedule with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, psychology, or related field with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking.
• 1+ year of experience in data handling and using SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools.
• Experience providing SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse system support (troubleshooting, testing, etc.).
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI, data processes, diverse employee populations, and security for accurate reporting.
• Prepare and deliver Ad-hoc global & company-wide reports to stakeholders while ensuring data validity.
• Create customized reports and dashboards; partner with developers for complex builds and conduct testing.
