Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst in People Analytics & Reporting to support global reporting across NBCUniversal and UDX. You will design and test reports, assist with dashboards, and help with special projects while partnering with HR, Finance, and IT.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with SAP BO, Power BI, and Snowflake, and a collaborative mindset. Hybrid schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, psychology, or related field with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking.
• 1+ year of experience in data handling (e.g. report writing, data analysis, research) and using SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools.
• Experience providing SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse system support (e.g. troubleshooting, testing).
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI to enable accurate reporting.
• Prepare and deliver Ad-hoc global & company-wide reports to stakeholders while ensuring data validity.
• Create customized reports and dashboards and coordinate with developers for builds; conduct testing.
• Provide key data for leadership and support timely business activities.
• Interpret requests, identify partnerships and gather requirements to address reporting needs.
• Maintain and enhance reports per business requirements; develop new reports as needed.
• Support dashboarding and BW reporting security roles and QA processes.
