Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting to facilitate reporting across NBCUniversal and UD&X, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to reporting systems design and testing.

The role requires data reporting expertise with SAP HCM, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI, plus experience in data warehousing and BI tools. Hybrid schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, psychology or related field with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking.
• 1+ year of experience in data handling (e.g., report writing, data analysis, research) using SAP Business Objects or related tools.
• Experience providing SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse system support (troubleshooting, testing).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in systems (SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI) and data processes to enable accurate reporting.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc global & company-wide reports to stakeholders ensuring data validity.
• Create customized reports and dashboards; partner with developers for builds and testing.
• Support leadership by providing key data for critical business activities in a timely manner.
• Serve as a consultative partner to data requestors and identify additional partnerships.
• Maintain and enhance reports; develop new reports as needed; manage security roles.
