Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to build, maintain, and optimize reporting and data workflows. You will work cross-functionally with Inventory, Account Managers, Sales, and Finance, using Excel, Python, and BI tools to deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expereince.
• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, data operations, or a related analytical role.
• Highly skilled in Excel, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested/complex formulas, and data reconciliation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel, utilizing advanced formulas and functions to support data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance the existing Python codebase to support reporting, automation, and data workflows.
• Manage and maintain Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting errors and data discrepancies within the Client-facing DOMO Dashboard.
• Automate custom reports for stakeholders using Python to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis and support evolving business needs as required.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and SOPs to support consistent data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity.
