Job summary

Hyperexponential (hx) is seeking a data-driven People Analytics lead to own reporting and dashboards across retention, engagement, and the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with Talent to unify hiring data with People data, and you’ll support performance cycles in Lattice while improving core people processes.

You will shape the way hx measures and acts on people insights, contribute to a high-engagement culture, and collaborate with a team that values precision, curiosity, and proactive

• Maintained accurate systems or records, such as trackers or admin records.
• Gathered feedback via surveys or check-ins and turned it into a decision.
• Worked carefully with data and spotted anomalies rather than taking it at face value.
• Handled documentation or processes with rigor where detail mattered.
• Displayed strong analytical and organisational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own People reporting and analytics, building and maintaining dashboards on retention, attrition, engagement, and other core KPIs, translating trends into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the Talent team to consolidate hiring and pipeline data with People data for a joined view of the employee lifecycle.
• Run day-to-day operations of Lattice, supporting performance review cycles and analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of core People processes (onboarding, payroll data integrity, etc.).
• Drive employee engagement by setting up surveys and turning results into initiatives.
• Own the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, maintaining employee records and generating reports.
• Manage HR administration, compliance, and benefits, handling documentation and audits.
